Connecting to Zoomin
Go to Connections
Select the Connections tab and find the Zoomin tile under Cloud Storage & Documentation.
Open the Zoomin popup
Click the Zoomin tile. A popup appears with the option to connect Zoomin so agents can search product documentation, manuals, and release notes. Click + Add Zoomin Connection.
Fill in the connection form
Enter the following details:

| API URL | Yes | The API endpoint of your Zoomin instance (e.g. https://api.example.zoomin.com). |
| Web URL | Yes | The web URL of your Zoomin instance (e.g. https://web.example.zoomin.com). |
| Bearer Token | No | A bearer token for authenticated API access. Required only if your tenant requires authentication. |
