Connecting to Zoomin

Open Project Settings
In your EKB project, navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Go to Connections
Select the Connections tab and find the Zoomin tile under Cloud Storage & Documentation.

Open the Zoomin popup
Click the Zoomin tile. A popup appears with the option to connect Zoomin so agents can search product documentation, manuals, and release notes. Click + Add Zoomin Connection.

Fill in the connection form
Enter the following details:

Save the connection
Click Connect to save. Once connected, the Zoomin tile on the Connections page will display a green dot and a count of your active Zoomin connections.
You’re now ready to sync documentation from Zoomin into the Knowledge Base!
