The History tab provides a complete record of chat interactions that have taken place within your project. You can search, filter, group, and export the history log for review or analysis.

History Log

The log displays chat messages in reverse chronological order with the following columns:
ColumnDescription
UserThe email of the member who sent the message.
CreatedThe date and time the message was sent.
Chat MessageA truncated preview of the message content.
RoleThe role of the member who sent the message.
Documents UsedThe number of Knowledge Base documents used to generate the response.
Clicking any row in the log will take you to the corresponding chat window, where you can review the full conversation.

Filtering and Navigation

Use the Search user field to filter the log by member email.

Filters

Select the Filters button to apply additional filters:
FilterDescription
Document CountFilter records by the number of documents used in the response.
Chat MessageSearch for records containing specific keywords within the chat message.
Select Apply Filters to apply, or Clear to reset.

Group By

Use the Group by dropdown to group records by time period:

NoneNo grouping — all records listed chronologically.
DayGroup records by day.
WeekGroup records by week.
MonthGroup records by month.

Date Range

Use the Select date range button to scope the log to a specific time window.

Refresh

Use the refresh icon to reload the log with the latest data.

Exporting History

Select the Export dropdown to download the history log in your preferred format:
