Project Details

Project Name: The name of your project. Edit it here and select the Update button to save your change.
Project ID: The unique ID assigned to your project. Use the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
Project Description (optional): Although optional, we recommend giving your project a clear description that helps your teammates understand its purpose and who might find it useful.

Project Configs

Setting	Description
Make Project Public	Make your project publicly accessible and visible to others in your EKB instance or on-premise installation.
Project Team	Select which team this project belongs to. Only Project Owners can modify this setting.
Share with Team	Enables everyone on your team to get visibility and collaborate on this project.
Data Extraction Method	Select the method used to extract text from documents in the Knowledge Base. The LLM extraction option efficiently handles complex PDFs (with an OCR) for enhanced accuracy.
Mask Personally Identifiable Information (PII)	Masks PII in your chats before they are sent to the LLM, enhancing the privacy and security of your application.
Inline Citations	Enables interactive inline citations with pop-ups in your chats.
HTML Preview Always On	When enabled, agent responses containing HTML content will automatically render as an HTML preview instead of raw markdown.
Hide system prompt in Debug Prompt	When enabled, the system prompt is hidden inside the Debug Prompt panel for this project. The prompt is still used normally for agent execution.
Hide entire Debug Prompt panel	When enabled, the entire Debug Prompt panel is hidden for this project. No debug trace data will be visible. This is different from hiding just the system prompt.
Restrict chat access for viewers	When enabled, requires members to have admin or view all permissions to view chats of other users.
Isolate Python execution per user	When enabled, each user’s workflow Python runs use a separate directory so users cannot access each other’s files within this project. Default is project-level isolation only.
Automator V2	Enables the new workflow automation system. When activated, the legacy Flows and Runs tabs will be hidden, and workflows will operate using the new execution engine with improved capabilities from the Tools tab.
Transcription	Select the default transcription provider for audio and video uploads and meeting transcription. Options are Deepgram and OpenAI Whisper.

Select the Update button to save any changes made in this section. Generate a shareable invite link to allow others to join this project with the role you select.

Select a role from the Role for invite link dropdown.
Select the Share button to copy the invite link to your clipboard.

Anyone who uses the link will automatically be added to the project with the role you selected.

Data

Action	Description
Export Project	Downloads an export of your project as a zip file to your Downloads folder. See Export Project for configuration options.
Clone Project	Creates a duplicate of your project, replicating everything from this project in a new one.

Depending on the size of your project, the export and cloning processes may take some time to complete. You will receive a notification when the process is finished.

Danger Zone

The actions in this section are irreversible or significantly impact project access. Proceed with caution.

Action	Description
Leave Project	Removes you from the project. You will no longer be a member or able to access it. Other members will retain access.
Transfer Ownership	Transfers project ownership to another project member. You will remain a member with your current role.
Delete Project	Permanently deletes the project and all its data. No one will be able to access the project after deletion and it cannot be restored.
