The Billing tab gives you visibility into the credits being consumed by your project. It shows the current billing period, the owner responsible for charges, and an itemized log of credit usage by member and action.
All credits used in the project are billed to the team owner. For more information on how credits are consumed, see Credits.

Owner

Displays the email address of the team owner to whom all project credits will be billed.

Current Billing Period

FieldDescription
StartedThe date the current billing period began.
Renews onThe date the billing period renews.
Credits used (this project)Total credits consumed by this project in the current billing period.

Credit Usage Log

A detailed, filterable log of every credit-consuming action taken within the project. Use the following tools to refine the results:
  • Search user — Filter records by member name or email.
  • Filters — Apply additional filters to narrow down results.
  • Select date range — Scope the log to a specific time period.

Log Columns

ColumnDescription
Member NameThe email or name of the member who performed the action.
RoleThe role assigned to the member at the time of the action.
ActionsThe action that consumed credits (e.g. chat, file_addition).
Credit(s)The number of credits consumed by that action.
Date & TimeThe date and timestamp of the action.

Best Practices

  1. Monitor Usage: Regularly check the Billing tab to track credit consumption per member and action.
  2. Set Limits: Use roles to control who can consume credits.
  3. Review Actions: Check the credit log for unexpected or high-volume usage.
