# On-Premise Licensing

> How On-Premise licenses are issued, how you receive your key, and how to coordinate installation with Automation Anywhere.

On-Premise licenses for EKB are issued and managed by **Automation Anywhere’s Orders and License Management** team. After your order is processed, that team sends the **license key** and related details to the contact email on file—typically the person who placed the order or your designated administrator.

## What you should receive

Check your inbox for email from Automation Anywhere. The message includes what you need to proceed (including your **EKB On-Premise license key**). If your team expected that email but did not receive it, contact your Automation Anywhere account representative or **[support@automationanywhere.com](mailto:support@automationanywhere.com)** and reference your purchase or order details.

## Coordinate installation with Automation Anywhere

When you are ready to deploy EKB in your environment, **raise a support ticket** with Automation Anywhere—for example via **[support@automationanywhere.com](mailto:support@automationanywhere.com)** or your established support channel—and request **On-Premise installation**. **Automation Anywhere Support** will coordinate with the **EKB team** to initiate the installation process.

**In parallel**, your IT team can start **preparing or provisioning** the On-Premise hosts (hardware, OS, network, access, and related prerequisites) by following the **[On-Premise installation](/offerings/on-premise/installation)** guide. That helps ensure the environment is ready when the EKB installation engagement begins.
