[履歴] タブには、プロジェクト内で行われたチャットのやり取りの完全な記録が表示されます。履歴ログを検索、フィルタリング、グループ化してエクスポートし、レビューや分析を行うことができます。

履歴ログ

ログには、チャット メッセージが新しい順に次の列で表示されます。 | Column | Description PLACEHOLDER_0 User | The email of the member who sent the message. PLACEHOLDER_1 Created | The date and time the message was sent. PLACEHOLDER_2 Chat Message | A truncated preview of the message content. PLACEHOLDER_3 Role | The role of the member who sent the message. PLACEHOLDER_4 Documents Used | The number of Knowledge Base documents used to generate the response. | ログ内の任意の行をクリックすると、対応するチャット ウィンドウに移動し、会話全体を確認できます。

フィルタリングとナビゲーション

検索

[ユーザーの検索] フィールドを使用して、メンバーの電子メールでログをフィルタリングします。

フィルター

[フィルター] ボタンを選択して、追加のフィルターを適用します。 | Filter | Description PLACEHOLDER_5 Document Count | Filter records by the number of documents used in the response. PLACEHOLDER_6 Chat Message | Search for records containing specific keywords within the chat message. | フィルターの適用を選択して適用するか、クリアを選択してリセットします。

グループ化

[グループ化] ドロップダウンを使用して、レコードを期間別にグループ化します。 | Option | Description PLACEHOLDER_7 None | No grouping — all records listed chronologically. PLACEHOLDER_8 Day | Group records by day. PLACEHOLDER_9 Week | Group records by week. PLACEHOLDER_10 Month | Group records by month. |

[日付範囲の選択] ボタンを使用して、ログの範囲を特定の時間枠に絞ります。

更新 アイコンを使用して、ログを最新のデータで再ロードします。
