Overview

Automation Anywhere periodically retires features to improve platform performance, security, and maintainability. This page lists features that are currently deprecated or scheduled for deprecation in Enterprise Knowledge. A deprecated feature is still functional but is no longer actively developed. It will be removed on the indicated date. Automation Anywhere recommends migrating to the suggested replacement as early as possible. For questions or migration assistance, contact your Automation Anywhere account manager or open a support ticket.

Deprecation stages

Features move through the following stages before removal:

Announced

The deprecation is publicly documented with a planned removal date. The feature remains fully functional.
2

Deprecated

The feature is flagged in the product UI and API responses. New customers cannot enable it. Existing customers may continue using it until the removal date.
3

Removed

The feature is no longer available. Any workflows or configurations depending on it must have been migrated prior to this date.

Upcoming deprecations

The following features are scheduled for removal. Rows marked Deprecated are in active wind-down; rows marked Announced have a confirmed future removal date.
