The Zoom toolkit lets agents list and manage users, create and manage meetings, work with webinars and recordings, and pull meeting or usage reports. Authentication uses Server-to-Server OAuth credentials (account ID, client ID, and client secret) saved as a connection. Add it on the agent Toolkits tab and create or select a Zoom connection.

Prerequisites

  • A Zoom account with a Server-to-Server OAuth app
  • Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from the Zoom Marketplace app
  • An agent you can edit

Setup

  1. Create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in Zoom and copy Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
  2. Open the agent → Toolkits → add Zoom.
  3. Create a connection with those three values.
  4. Save the agent. @-mention Zoom tools for meeting and recording tasks.

Tips
